Hi,
So my Fitbit Inspire HR had frozen around early afternoon today and I just freaked out. I was think that I would have to buy a new one, or if it was a fake etc. So I spent hours finding solutions on these forums and tried everything they say. Everyone tells me to hold button (while on charge) for 8 seconds. 8 seconds doesn't work. I got impatient so I help it for around 12 seconds when it finally came up the smile and worked on touch. Beware and remember that not all solutions are up to date.
