Inspire HR is losing active minutes

This afternoon I walked for 40 odd active minutes and now they have vanished. Same thing for the last 3 days. Ideas on how to keep them?

I did the restart before I put my complaint in as restarting didn’t help at all.  I still lose my active minutes if I go over the high teens (in minutes). I also tried raising my target number but unfortunately I am now having to isolate so I ain’t going anywhere just now. Grrrrr!
