Inspire HR is not being recognized by iPad

My iPad can’t find the device.

I can’t ‘forget’ device because it’s not there, just the spinning wheel.

I’ve written numerous times and received no responses.

I’ve tried all the suggested steps numerous times to no avail.

The device is less than a month old, being a replacement for another one a month old which died.

Hi @MickHam, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. If you're using several devices for syncing, the tracker is trying to connect to both and the Bluetooth connection can be interfered. Check if having another device not nearby or turning off Bluetooth on it helps. You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope this helps!
