Did you mean:

Inspire HR is not connecting and it's asking to turn on locations services

Fitbit arrived.  I loaded up the apps.  I have 3 issues with it:

1. Agreement too liberal regarding use of personal information.

2. Bluetooth didn't connect.

3. Required turning on location services.

Three strikes, you're out.  My privacy is worth much more than a few dollars savings. Into the river it goes.

Hello there @Gazorpa, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. I totally understand where your concern is coming from.

I'd suggest taking a look at the help article: Why is the Fitbit app prompting me to turn on location services?

On the other hand, if your Inspire HR is not connecting to your Fitbit app, I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Either way, please try following the steps recommended in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I hope that helps, let me know if you need further assistance.
