My new Inspire is not being discovered by my Iphone app and I cannot turn it off in order to reset it. I did turn the bluetooth off and on but still no responce.

I am sorry to hear your new Inspire HR is not being discovered your iPhone app and you can't reset it. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help.
