@judolphins76 I am sorry to hear you don't see Inspire HR as an option when you try to pair it to your Fitbit account. I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to assist you. Let me know if you need any further assistance. What a disaster. Today Fitbit customer support told me it is impossible to set up the Inspire HR without a smartphone. Eleven days ago, they said I certainly could do this on a laptop, that they were sending me a new Inspire HR, and that it should work this time. So I waited. Eleven days. For what? Now it seems I have to switch to Garmin, after six years with Fitbit. Unbelievable.
