Call notifications is not coming on watch.I have restart my mobile but again notifications in red line is coming to restart my mobile. I have have checked Bluetooth connectivity all connection is  working well. But when I checked test call notifications the notifications is coming but when some person call notifications is not coming on watch. My mobile model-Redmi note8 and Android version 9PKQ.

Hi @RajanJ.,welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that that your Inspire HR is not receiving call notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. Thank you also for letting us know the model of your phone.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to assist you accordingly. Please keep an eye on your email account.
