Inspire HR is not recording HR or exercise

Hi, my Inspire HR has stopped tracking my HR and has not recorded any exercise today. It has recorded activity but not my sport or run? The battery is on 86% but the sensor is not lit up green. Help

Hi @SunsetRunner Try restarting your Inspire several times. If that doesnt get it going again, please come back here.
