Good morning.

I have a Fitbit for the first time. - inspire hr.

It will not sync to Strava which I have been using for a few years. I have checked all the settings in both Fitbit and Strava and both say thay are linked.

I have delinked then set up links again several times. I have also turned phone off and on and logged out of Fitbit and then logged back in. What could be the problem?

Hi @Camki52, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not syncing with Strava. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.

Dear Juan Jo,

I am on this forum trying to find the solution to the same problem.
Have been using my Inspire HR for about 7 months and never had any issues.
For some reason the past 1,5 months it doesn't connect to the GPS on my phone and doesn't share info with strava.
Updatet everything, installed the apps again disconnected en connected, nothing is working.

Can you please help me?
