Inspire HR is not tracking nor syncing my activity

My inspire has been stuck on 2500 steps all day and I have been active. It also says I have 0 minutes of activity but earlier it was tracking my run. Everything keeps zeroing out.

on my watch it accounts for my 8 hour of movement but on the app it says I have 0 hours of movement

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Inspire HR by following these steps. Then, please check if your data is being recorded and syncing.
