My Fitbit inspire HD has not been accurately tracking my sleep. It has been saying I’ve been sleeping between 1-5 hours a night when I’m sleeping 6-8. Anyone else having this issue and, if so, how were you able to fix it?

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it tracks your sleep accurately.
