My Fitbit inspire HR doesn’t record all of my sleep pattern. It will pick up maybe an hour or two after I got to bed and then there will be a big break in the tracking for about 2 or 3 hours and then it records another 3 or 4. I thought it might be because I don’t sleep too well but this has been going on for over a week now. I’m sure if I’d not slept properly for a week I’d be having problems during the day but I’m not. I can only think my Fitbit is on it’s way out. Can anybody help?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR has not tracked your sleep data accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this. However, I'd like to help you with this issue.
Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep information.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it tracks your sleep data more accurate.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, I restarted my Fitbit as advised but it still isn’t registering my sleep pattern properly. I went to bed last night at around 11.30pm, I woke up around 1am & had a little trouble getting back to sleep but woke up again around 5.30am. Again slept through & woke up around 8am. My Fitbit only picked up my sleep from around 2am to 8 am. What am I doing wrong?? Help please!!
