My inspire 2 is a day old and it isn't accurately counting steps. I've tried all the trouble shooting tips, I've restated it about 6 times today, aswell as deleting and reinstalling the app. Out of 100 steps of counted 18
Any ideas on what I can do. I didn't buy it through the firbit website (I got it through a carers website) so I can't return it for a refund.
