I've contacted fitbit, they say to connect it to my laptop, laptop doesn't recognize fitbit, fitbit still not lighting up. I'm ready to throw this thing into the trash, I've never had any problems with my other bands. How do I fix this issue? All I want is to be able to see the time displayed

Mine started with this same problem last night, but it syncs.  What is going on??
