Hadn’t used my inspire HR for awhile. Now I am ready to use it again . The time is incorrect on my devise but correct on the app. How do I fix the time on the wrist HR?

Hi there, @eileene. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Inspire HR. 

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
