I’ve had my Inspire HR for about a year. Love it, does everything I want & easy to use. 2 days ago, charged overnight & in the morning I was unable to start an exercise using the device, all day I was unable to scroll (to see steps taken, or calories consumed). By 2 pm the battery was at 25%. I looked through the community posts for similar issues, I tried restarting my device, restarting my iPhone (the app is working fine & syncing fine also). Recharged overnight again, in the morning the device seemed stuck in notifications, pressing the side button to back out worked for a second & then the device would go back into the notifications. And again battery died really fast maybe 7hours. Recharged again overnight & this morning was able to see the clock for about an hour, then the Fitbit symbol & #100 appeared on screen & I couldn’t do anything. Battery died in less than 4 hours.
Please help!
