Inspire HR is stuck on time screen

hi .my relatively new fit bit is stuck on the time screen .I used to be able to scroll down and see how many steps etc but it is stuck on the time screen .any idea what could be wrong or should I bring it back .why do they fail so soon after purchase.???

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Inspire HR is stuck on time. I understand your concern and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

2. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 

 

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
