I have been having lots of issues lately, this time it seems it shows up on my phone app, but then my Inspire HR is blank on the screen. I've tried tapping and swiping and shaking my arm.

Hello @LisaLovesLit have you tried doing a restart of the device? It's the first step when something isn't quite right. Let us know what happens.

I haven't tried this time, and that is what happened last time and I did the restart. But this is getting annoying that I've had to do this so many times with this Fitbit. Like 4 times since I got it in the spring. I never had to do this with any other Fitbit. Plus, I'm at work right now, so I don't have the charger cord I need to do that.

When you get home, try the restart. I generally restart my Alta HR when I charge it, at least once a week. See if it helps and let us know @LisaLovesLit
