Hi,
I've been using the Inspire HR device since September 2019 without any issues in the first year. But off late the device becomes unresponsive intermittently. Today, the device was running low on battery so I set it to charge. However the device has now become unresponsive. If I try to restart the device as per the instructions on the app, the smiley logo comes on, but the device seems to have gone through a factory reset, since the time, step count etc have reset to 0 (it is not yet midnight, so there's no reason for the counts to reset). Now it takes minutes for the screen to switch on and the device is refusing to sync with the app. Even when the screen is visible, no data is being recorded (heart rate, steps etc). The app is also up to date so it doesn't look like there's an issue with the firmware.
Please assist.
