Inspire HR is vibrating at random times

Hi there,

Ever since the firmware update to 20001.57.15 my inspire HR will do what feels like a short, cutoff vibration. When I tilt my wrist to see what it was there's nothing on the display. Checking my phone for recent notifications yields none to show.

Anyone else feeling these phantom vibrations? Probably a misnomer, as they are real, but I can't figure out what is causing them!

If the vibrations are unrelated to reminders to move (which can be toggled in your apps account settings) then I would go ahead and try restarting the tracker.

Hey there,

tried that and that didn’t solve the issue. It actually just happened just now at the gym while tracking a workout. It appears to have reset the tracker because my Inspire HR is no longer tracking my workout. Hardware electrical short issue?

I received phantom vibrations about 8 hours after I took off my Fitbit to charge. Freaked me out to have a buzzing in my wrist and I’m not wearing my Fitbit. Haven’t put it back on.

Mine just started yesterday. My wrist vibrates roughly every 15 to 20 seconds.

I have the same problem just got the fitbit inspire hr and it just vibrates every 20 s

did it go away if to remove the fitbit?  Mine started doing this last night. Removing the fitbit tot see if it helps.
