My Fitbit inspire HR stops counting my steps randomly, and doesn’t seem to catch up.

More noticeable when doing 250/250 steps per hour when it gets stuck and stops counting. 
Earlier today it stopped counting my steps for over 20 minutes, this can be seen in the whole walk I did without stopping being split into two walks with a break in the middle (see photo) 

I have restarted my device multiple times and it still hasn’t fixed this issue.
