Hi,
I have had my Fitbit since about Sept and tbh it has always been a bit slow updating but over the course of a couple of months it took three or four days to update and wouldn’t sync and not connect to the internet.
I managed to get it going again (for a limited time) by restarting it but it has now given up the ghost more than it did before.
I can only get the time and it will not change or display anything other than the time. It does not get recognised by the iPad or phone, doesn’t connect to the internet or sync in any way. I have tried the help pages but to no avail.
has anyone any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it please.
