I have cleaned the pins on my charger. I have tried to restart my Fitbit, also I have even tried to charge it for over seven hours and it still won't turn on. I have looked at the suggestions people have given me but it still doesn't work. A few days ago my Fitbit was working perfectly and now it won't turn on, it won't tell me if it is charged or not, connect to my device and it won't charge. What should I do?
