The inspire HR's screen went blank then when it did come back up it flashes the clock face or whatever mode it is in continually. The battery runs down very quickly. I have tried resetting it, and even tried clearing data but the problem persists.

When I try a chat on customer service I get the message that there are no customer advocates and a phone number. But there is no customer service at the number.
