Inspire HR...windows 10...keep getting..bonding failed. restart the app and try again. Bonding in progress. What does this mean?

Do you get this message when you try to sync your Inspire HR? Usually bonding means that your device is setting up but since you already completed this process it shouldn't appear.
Could you send me a screenshot of what you get?
I'll be waiting for your response.
