My fitbit keeps going off randomly as if there is an alarm set and won't stop with the button. It stops by itself after a while. Then, at times the button doesn't wake the phone and the screen doesn't move with the touch screen, as if it freezes.

@AnnieSouthwell It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with you Inspire HR not working as it should. This is odd. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also what do you mean when you say "doesn't wake the phone"? The tracker doesn't have the ability to turn on your phone's screen so I wanted to know more about this.
