So this is the second time this month that my inspire HR unsynced with my phone app. I mainly have it to track my sleep and for my work's health incentive, and it takes me a couple of days to realize it isn't synced up. The tracker still works to count my steps and everything like that but it doesn't sync to my phone.
I should add that after doing the standard turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting my phone, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app, no the tracker just won't sync at all with my phone.

Hello @Shahnawaz, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.
