Hi,

 

My Fitbit won't charge anymore. I tried restarting it using the tips, however it keeps showing the smiley face on and off with an occasional vibration. It doesn't do much more than this.

Same issue, purchased Fitbit brand new 2 weeks ago, it went unresponsive a few days ago, and will no longer charge.  When on charger, it displays a smiley face for a few minutes, and then goes blank and unresponsive again.  Restart instructions do not work (no vibration).  Any advice?

@SunsetRunner  As it is so new, it is probably easiest to rerurn it to the store you bought it. Otherwise contact Support (link in my signature)
