Inspire HR keeps tracking 46462 steps not taken when should be zero

For the past week my Inspire HR keeps tracking the same steps fo 46462 when I haven't walked any.  I have done a soft reset, hard reset and nothing will wipe out the steps. It shows zero and then they come right back.
