Inspire HR keeps turning off, and reset/charge doesn't work.

I got kicked out of the chat due to my phone acting up, but my Fitbit HR has not stayed on for more than a couple hours the past two days. It's showing as charged when it does connect, but steps and HR are not being recorded.

 

I have tried the reset multiple times with no consistent results. Sometimes it smiley faces, sometimes nothing, occasionally turns on/synced then is back off.

 

How frustrating! It's only a few months old.
