Inspire HR keeps turning off

my inspire is fully charged and that’s about all it will do.  Have rebooted 3 times but keeps shutting down.  Smiley face came up but noting else happened.Afraid to delete it from Fitbit and re add in case I can’t reconnect..

Hi @IttyBitty__69 I very much doubt disconnecting it from your account would help anyway. Restarting is your best bet, but as that hasn't helped then contact Fitbit Support  They may be able to help.
