After my fitbit inspire's battery died, I tried charging it but it keeps vibrating every 30 seconds -- give or take -- but it does not turn on.
I've been having this device for less than a year and it's not working!!! I'm so disappointed.
Please help!

Hi @LuciAbreu Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it, please come back here.

My inspire HR is having the same issue. I have attempted to reset multiple times with no luck.

Similar issue to OP, Inspire HR went unresponsive for 3 days, black screen, and just put it on charger again, but only getting smiley face (with no vibration). I've also tried the restart instructions with no success.

I am also having this same issue. Tried restarting multiple times. Now it just vibrates every 20 seconds or so and stays black. The smiley face appears when I do restart procedures, but the screen goes back to black and starts vibrating every 10 - 20 seconds after that.

Hi
I encounter the same problem.😣
No battery and then when I charge it, the battery icon doesn't show up and the screen is black out.
Try to reset several times and only smile face appear, and it keeps vibrating every 10s when I plug it with the USB port.
Can you advise what to do next? Many thanks!
Cheers
