My first Fitbit Inspire HR stopped working after 6 months. The replacement only lasted 4 months. The screen started to be hard to read (pixel rather than solid), and then went completely black. It still charges and tracks but has no display. Why do they quit working within 6 months?

Sorry to hear that your replacement Inspire HR isn't working. Not sure why this happened within 6 months as Fitbit devices are designed to last. Still I could see that you already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.
