Inspire HR losing GPS connection with iPhone SE

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This problem started a couple of days ago.

My Inspire HR is connecting to the iPhone SE GPS (like it has done since day one), but after starting my run it drops connection, connects again, drops connection. At that point I'm running, but I feel the device's buzzing.

See the image:

- at the left is the GPS registration from last week: nice and clean track.
- at the right is the exact same track's registration from this week: sloppy drawing, and different distance.
All software is up-to-date. I already gave the Inspire HR a soft reset. Removed it from the Fitbit app and added again - nothing helped so far.

Any thoughts ?

@GerritV Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your GPS connection being lost during your runs and thank you for troubleshooting this issue and sharing screenshots. Let's try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello Alvaro,

Thanks for your answer.

Only after a second soft reset, the GPS tracking is working again.
