Any advice on why my Inspire HR keeps losing steps?
Everyday for the past 3 weeks my Fitbit Inspire loses over 1000 steps and some active minutes.
Today’s glitch is steps 6000 and 10 active minutes all synced to the iPhone app and Fitbit showing the same data, to change to 4000 steps and 5 active minutes on Fitbit an hour later. So when synced with app steps/active minutes decrease.
I’ve tried the reset option on my Inspire HR and still the same issue persists.
Any help welcome to much appreciated as this is really starting to make my Fitbit unreliable.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR losing your step data. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities? These two scenarios may affect the steps on your account. Has this happened again after the restart? Could you share a screenshot of your Dashboard and exercise area? Also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
