I've noticed a couple of times now that when I sync it has taken away some of my steps. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @amymlee77 nice to see you again on the Fitbit Forums. Thanks for posting your inquiry here.
It's important for us to have all the details of the issues that you're experiencing with your Inspire HR. When you said that some of your steps have been taken away, what do you mean? Are you seeing an specific number on your Fitbit and after syncing that number is lower on the Fitbit Dashboard? Are those steps disappearing from an specific activity?
How are you tracking your activities? Do you have more than one Fitbit device on you account? Please add as many details as you can.
I'll be around.

I’ve had that same issue twice now, in a matter of a week. Yesterday, my wristwatch showed 16,000 steps and once I synced it with my iPhone, it says I walked 9,000 steps only. Last week, my watch measured 15,000 and the app reflected 8,000. Its frustrating and would
love to resolve the issue!

The same thing just happened to me. It's been a slow day, but I had 6,320 steps. I took of my Inspire HR to play piano, and when I put it back on (20-30 minutes later) my step count now reads at 1,718.
This is really double plus ungood.
