While on the treadmill the step counter goes up and a little after 4000 steps it restarts at about 3700. Over and over. Help!

Thanks for letting me know the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior.  Please restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then give it a try one more time. Also try with different exercises to make sure it is working again.

 

Give it a try and keep me posted.

Thanks. Just fyi the link to the restart instructions doesn’t go directly. You have to basically look in the manual?
