Does anyone have an issue with Inspire HR "hibernating", losing time, shutting off during exercise etc? Mine has been in use for only about 6 weeks.

Hi @3outlawdogs, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?  Let me share with you that Fitbit devices display the time that's configured on your mobile device with the syncing process. therefore, by simply syncing your device your issue should be corrected.

In regards the exercise issue, can you please let me know which exercise were you performing when your Inspire HR turned off? How many times you experienced this? Are you using the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature or the exercise app to track your activity? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device following the steps that are specified on: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issues persists.

Looking forward to your reply.

It is happening all the time. I have smart track set but this is happening during elliptical workouts, stairclimber or bootcamp circuit training.  I can't pinpoint one specific thing that causes it to shut off.  Even just doing my daily steps.  When I tap the face it doesn't respond and the button makes the smile come up and it turns on but the time is not right.  Eventually it catches up.  Also the get up and move vibration reminder works sometimes but not all the time.  Sorry for the length but wanted to give you details.  Thank you!
