My husband's Fit Bit Inspire HR has been losing time, it is now 22 minutes slow, is it the battery? Does anyone know how to fix this, I've tried all sorts of suggestions - none works....Thanks for any help, appreciate it.

Hi @cbdube44 The clock should correct itsself when you sync to your app. If it is syncing OK but not correcting then restart it several times and sync again.
If it is not syncing then try THIS Help Article on syncing issues.

This is not a syncing issue when the Fitbit loses time between syncs, like overnight. Two days in a row, my Fitbit has woken me up late. One reason I bought a Fitbit was to track my sheep and to wake me without waking my partner. If it can’t keep time, I do not want it.
