Help my boys Inspire HR keeps losing time normally 1 hr , then you sync it and its ok , as he only syncs it at night on an ipad its a bit annoying that the time is always wrong during the day, also when this happens it sometimes loses the step count. I have already tried doing a full reset which did help for a few days and then its back to losing time again. Any help would be great

Thanks for reaching out the Fitbit Forums @danshrl, welcome.
Thanks for trying those steps. That's a pretty weird thing. If your Fitbit is syncing with your phone, it should be showing the correct time. Usually, your Fitbit device's time should be changing automatically with your phone if the App has the "Automatic Time Zone" turn on in the "Advance Settings". You will find this information here: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't help you can check this workaround. Now about your steps, are you loosing steps every day too? How many steps are you loosing daily?
Let me know if you need more help.

Hi it doesn't sync to a phone during the day as my boy doesnt have one, he syncs it every night on his ipad.
As for the steps it seem that when the time changes to the wrong time it zeros the steps.
I had already turned off the automatic time zone and set to UK.
I have googled this issues and i don't seem to be alone with this issue.
