Inspire HR lost a whole week of stats, failing to sync

For the week of Feb. 14, my Inspire HR didn't record anything for a week. And today, I noticed it didn't recognize my activity (a 30-minute walk in the morning) and a 60-minute walk in the afternoon, and missed my 250 steps per hour all day. It's also failing to sync to my iPhone. If I try to manually log my activity, it screws up the steps per day and the calories burned. I've tried restarting it three times, but it's still failing to sync. Any ideas?

@WingSkipper Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I'd like you to make sure that your auto-recognition time has been properly set in your app, this to ensure that your activities are recognized. 

 

If you're still experiencing syncing issues, follow the troubleshooting posted in this article.
