I update my Inspire HR and with the update came a new reboot option on the watch. I tried it and it cleared all of the days stats and changed the time. Now the time has changed. Is there a way to get it set back to normal?

Sorry to hear about your missing steps. Since you restarted the tracker the data can't be retrieved but you can manually log a walking activity to have a record on your account.
