Inspire HR manual exercise tracking not working

When I start manual tracking on my fitbit, I can see the play button on screen but it will not start.

Auto exercise tracking works. It was working 2 weeks ago. Can anything be done to fix it?

Still doesn't work after restarting fitbit multiple times, fiddled with the exercise options, settings, reinstalled the app as suggested in other topics. Thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that the touchscreen of your Inspire HR is not working as it should. That being said, to better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know if the issue only occurs with the exercise play button? Is this affecting every exercise or just a specific one? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then?
