So, I can were it for now, but if anything catches on it, it falls off. I spoke to a rep about it, and sent in my pictures, but I've heard nothing back.

 

Anyone have any advice?

I spoke to the phone support the day before I posted this. I was sent an email, and replied with the pictures showing the damage. I still haven't heard anything. Case number 41435667
