Inspire HR mo longer lights up with flip of wrist

My Inspire HR fitbit used to show me the time when I flipped my wrist towards my face. It's now stopped doing that, so to see the time I have to press the button. This is extremely irritating when doing a workout and you want to know the time, especially because then when you press the button to see the time, if you press it too many times it then pauses the workout tracking and with my sweaty fingers it's impossible to unpause. I have to stop and attempt to start new tracking (again, sweaty fingers and now sweaty screen make this very challenging because the screen doesn't respond properly).

Any suggestions on how to get this working again? Is it worth doing a factory reset? I saw someone had done a reset and then the whole thing stopped working.....

Anyone else experienced the same issue?

You probably accidentally turned off 'Screen Wake' in 'Quick Settings'.
