Inspire HR needs elastic band

Hi

i am having problems charging my inspire HR. I have to wrap an elastic band around watch and charger to make the connection stay together so that it charges. If i do that it charges quickly and fully. I have more than one fitbit charger and it is the same whichever one I use.

I wonder if you have any suggestions please ?

Are you using an original Fitbit charging cable with your Inspire HR?

Do the magnets still work?

Can you checke if all the pins on the tracker and charging cable are clean and undamaged?

In the meantime, please have a look at this?Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
