Charge cord is to short! Magnetic clip not strong enough. Needs longer cord and the clip attachment not magnetic. Totally sad I have this fitbit. Love the fitbit hate charging sometimes it never works. Tried support but nothing can be done. Guess I have to spend more money on different model:(

Not the ideal solution, but on Amazon you can get third-party chargers with longer cord, or a USB cord extender, relatively inexpensively.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
