I woke up this morning to find my fitbit not showing a display. At first i thought it died but then i saw the green light on on the underside of it. I tried hooking it up to the charger to do a restart and it didn't vibrate when attached to the charger. I tried my pc and an outlet and both did not work. Even without the vibrate, i tried doing a restart 3-5 times and that did nothing. It will not sync to my phone either. I've only had this for a few months. What do i do??

@BookwormStorm Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your tracker not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. If the device syncs then try changing the clock face too.
Let me know how it goes.

Alright, so I cleaned the contacts, charged it, did a restart a few times, and changed the clock face. I now have a new problem. The display is buggy. It does not respond to touch so i cannot scroll through my stats. I keep trying and it goes halfway between the time and the steps screen. It just doesn't want to register my touch anymore.
