My Inspire HR is no longer automatically tracking my exercise. I had noticed that the heart monitored had been turned off (unintentionally) so I turned this back on. But at the same time the auto tracking for exercise turned off. I can't seem to turn this back on. I've tried a reset as per a suggestion on one of the threads here but can't find anything further. Could another setting have been turned off unintentionally?

Hi, @CA123456 , autotracking gets turned on/off in the app rather than on the device itself. On your app click on your account (that’s the small person icon top left). On the account screen scroll to “exercise” and click on that. There you will find a list of auto detected exercise. For each exercise you can set it to be on or off, and for how long you need to be doing it before tracking kicks in (although once the time is reached it will count it back from when it detected that you started, if that makes sense). The minimum time is 10 mins. It is probably a good idea to turn OFF exercises that you don’t do.
Be sure to sync your Fitbit when you have made any changes.
If the exercise you want is already ON, but your Fitbit doesn’t seem to be tracking, try turning it off, syncing your Fitbit, and then turning it back on. You also might want to reduce the number of minutes required to the 10 minute minimum to see if it will get going again.
It auto detects based on a combination of steps calculated, forward motion, and heartrate, so do make sure any exercise is continuous for at least the minimum amount of time set in the app.
I hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
