Inspire HR no longer holds a Band!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Inspire for 4 months now, and the original band won’t stay on anymore. At first I thought it was the band itself and I bought another band to see if it worked. My new band won’t connect to my device either. The area to insert the band on my Fitbit seems like it is no longer tight enough to hold the pins. I can’t use my Fitbit at all now and it’s been only a few months.

I just bought my Inspire yesterday and the pin won’t stay in.  This is a horrible design and I intend on returning it today.

My daughter has an Inspire for a little over two months. It too will no longer keep the band in place. It is constantly falling out. Case no 33556708 was raised but no reply from Fitbit after sending in the required info. Looks to be a poor design or materials.

Thanks.  I returned it to Best Buy and got a new one.  This one seems to hold the band.  The one I bought yesterday would not hold either the small or large band.  This one holds both.  It looks like the hole that holds the pin is susceptibility to wearing out.
